Alec Papadakis
Alec Papadakis is experienced in U.S. and European franchise and commercial transactions. With offices in the United States and Greece, he is able to assist our clients as they expand their businesses in Europe. His clients range from U.S. companies and individuals seeking to explore business expansion alternatives to mature franchise and distribution programs needing day to day legal counseling, restructuring or redevelopment. He also focuses on joint ventures, franchise transactions and offering circular compliance laws in the U.S. and Europe. In addition, Alec practices in the areas of commercial real estate, acquisitions, development, financing, and leasing of real estate in the U.S. and in Europe.
Alec represents individuals and a wide variety of corporations in handling all types of immigration matters, from temporary business visas to labor certifications and permanent residence in both the U.S. and Europe.
He has authored numerous articles regarding business operations in foreign countries. Some of his most recent publications are "Franchise Handbook for U.S. Companies Doing Business in European Common Market" and "Immigration Considerations for Foreign Investors in U.S."
