Howard A. Salk
Howard A. Salk maintains a business law practice helping clients with entity formation, commercial transactions, contracts, financing, licensing, compliance, litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Before joining the firm as Of Counsel Howard was a member of the General Electric Company Legal Operation for more than twenty years, and prior to that he was in private practice representing clients in litigation and administrative hearings.
At GE he progressed through several positions, including General Counsel of Global Business Finance, General Counsel of Auto Financial Services and Senior Counsel of Global Media & Communications. He provided legal support for financial transactions, contract enforcement, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, dispute resolution, employment matters, sales and marketing, e-commerce and information technology.
Howard’s experience enables him to provide the legal services which growing businesses need to achieve their goals and overcome challenges. Howard can also assist companies with meeting their green and sustainability objectives.
